Welcome to the Trotwood Hills Home Owners Association website.  This site will give you an overview of our neighborhood, our active Home Owners Association, and our award winning Upper St. Clair community and school district.

 

Trotwood Hills is located in Upper St. Clair Township just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  For over 40 years, our Homeowners Association has prided itself on building lasting relationships among residents through family- friendly events and activities.

 

Trotwood Hills residents are encouraged to join the Trotwood Hills Homeowners Association. Membership allows you to participate in a variety of neighborhood activities, that includes access to our online membership directory and email alerts. Activities sponsored by the Association include the following:

 

• Neighborhood improvement projects (For example, the Trotwood Hills entrance sign and landscaping)
